I've spent over a decade in SaaS software, guiding organizations on their digital transformation journeys through deep learning, industry expertise, and solutions offerings.
In that time, I've seen countless examples of well-intentioned efforts, and organizations, struggle to evolve because of the resistance, or inability to embrace the change required to transform.
This realization, paired with my lifelong passion for growth and personal evolution, led me to the work of Dr Joe Dispenza and NeuroChangeSolutions.
As an NCS Consultant, I specialize in helping individuals and groups understand the science of change and transformation so they can create sustainable personal and professional change and lead their organizations through the process of change.

When individuals are stressed, they are less creative, less innovative, less productive, and less engaged. I help individuals learn how to manage their stress by using a proven formula to move in a state of creation.
Employee Engagement
The latest Gallup poll states that 85% of employees are not engaged, leading to less productivity. We teach people to become more motivated and become fully engaged in the workplace. This creates bonds within teams, leading to improved results.
Leadership
Using science-based techniques, we teach leaders how to make the right choices leading to excellence in the individual, community trust, and greater team connection, leading teams to become more resilient and inspired to set better goals for themselves.
Organizational Change
To change an organization, there needs to be change on an individual level. I teach people to become more conscious of their thoughts and become more aware of unconscious habits, behaviors, and emotions. This results in individuals who make better decisions and work better as a team.

The kick-off meeting serves as an alignment session, setting clear expectations and fostering a trusting, open atmosphere for the upcoming training.
